This is my second one, wore the first one out. I own a coffee house for a living, & this is my brewer of choice for home. Most other brewers don't get the water to the proper temp, the shower head doesn't disturb the grounds enought, etc. This machine is the bomb.
I would buy a second for a backup if I thought they were to stop making them.
