I'm very disappointed with this thermal coffee maker. I'm not even using it because the coffee turns cool almost immediately. I would have liked to know beforehand how hot it makes the coffee and whether the hot plate remains on for a certain amount of time. I'm back to using my old coffee maker that is not programmable but makes a hot cup of coffee. I feel like I wasted my money on this product. I relied on the Cuisinart brand because I have found their other coffee makers to be very good. However, this one is back in the box sitting in my cabinet. I would not recommend this product.
